Yes! You can find us at the Ground Floor of Labim Mall. We open beteween 10 am to 7 pm.
We normally take 1 to 2 business days to deliver orders within Kathmandu valley. Outside Kathmandu valley orders may take up to 7 business days and delivery will have to be picked up from the courier company. The average delivery period may sometimes extend due to various reasons beyond our control.
Yes, we do.
We accept cash on delivery, Esewa payment (9851163482) and online transfer to our bank account.
You can still pay for your order via E-Sewa (9851163482). Please message us a screen shot for us to verify receipt of payment.
Orders & Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. You can cancel your order and place a new one if you would like.
An order can be cancelled before shipment. Once it is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and it can be cancelled only when it is returned to our office. In such cases the order value will be refunded after deducting the courier charges and payment gateway charges as applicable.

Due to hygiene concerns, products once sold are not liable for returns or exchange. However, we will gladly accept returns and replace products when goods are either damaged in transit in an unusable condition, a wrong product is sent or product is lost in transit. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products, and products bought on sale.
